How do I place an order?

Does Koslow have reps outside of the Unites States?
      No.  We ship direct from our headquarters in Englewood, NJ.  Most of our inventory is in stock and can be             delivered by UPS or Federal Express the next day.

 


 

SHIPPING:

 

Can we ship using my shipping account number?

      Yes, we will ship COLLECT.  Include your shipping requirements with your order.

 

Can KOSLOW ship my order internationally?

      Yes, via Federal Express.

Can Koslow ship to a third party?

      Yes, please provide a contact name and telephone number.

Can testing solutions be shipped by air?

      Yes.

 


 

BILLING:

Do you accept purchase orders?

      Yes.  If you are a new customer, please include credit references with your order for approval for Net 30                   terms, billing and shipping information & what are your ordering?



How do I pay using a credit card?

      Please send us an order by fax or email, including your shipping requirements. Then call in your credit card             number to the Sales Desk at (201) 541-9100.


What are my other payment choices?

      Payment can also be made by wire transfer, ($50. *wire transfer fee), a pre-payment check or *C.O.D.                     *Additional fees may apply.

Can the Thermo-Electric Alloy Sorter TE-3000 sort all metals?

      Many but not all. Please call to speak to a technical support representative to discuss your requirements or             review the right column of the Alloy Composition List.

     

Can my solutions expire?

      Some can expire after one year. Many test solutions last longer. Check the label on the bottle for the expiration       dates, or you can try a spot test on a known sample. The special test papers in the kits have no expiration date.

How many tests can I perform with my solutions?

      All Koslow testing solutions are one ounce (30 mL) bottles; which translates to 800 drops of testing solution.             Tests require between one to three drops. In a few cases multiple drops might be needed. See testing                   procedures to estimate volume of solution needed.

 

Can I order refills for the solutions that I need?

      Yes, see our Refill Page

 

Can I order refill solutions for my kit?

Yes Individually, as you need them, see the Refill Page ask us about complete refresher kits.
